Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email rowena.fisher@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
I will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
