Delivery and Carriers
I ship from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is £3.99 for up to 2 Kg, this service can take 2-5 business days Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Items
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me at rowena.fisher@yahoo.com I will assist with tracking and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund according to our refund policy.
